Arrive at Cairo International Airport where our representative will greet you and will assist you through immigration and customs formalities. After the formalities, transfer to your hotel for check-in. Cairo is the capital of Egypt and the largest city. Nicknamed “The City of a Thousand Minarets”, Cairo is associated with Ancient Egypt due to its proximity to the ancient cities of Memphis, Giza and Fustat, which are nearby to the Great Sphinx and the pyramids of Giza. Overnight is in Cairo.
This morning after breakfast, check out of your hotel and go on a full day sightseeing tour. Visit the Great Pyramids of Giza. Take in the mysterious Sphinx. Know more about Egypt’s history at the Egyptian Museum and go souvenir shopping at Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Back to hotel. Night stay at Cairo.
Arrive at Aswan station where a representative will greet you. Visit the Philae Temple, High Dam and the unfinished Obelisque. After visit, transfer to your Nile cruise for your next part of the tour. Dinner and overnight is onboard Nile Cruise in Aswan.
Breakfast is onboard the Nile Cruise. This morning sail to Kom Ombo to visit the Kom Ombo Temple. The Temple of Kom Ombo is an unusual double temple built during the Ptolemaic dynasty. The building is unique because its 'double' design meant that there were courts, halls, sanctuaries and rooms duplicated for two sets of gods. The southern half of the temple was dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek, god of fertility and creator of the world with Hathor and Khonsu. Meanwhile, the northern part of the temple was dedicated to the falcon god Horus the Elder, along with Tasenetnofret (the Good Sister, a special form of Hathor) and Panebtawy (Lord of the Two Lands). Later set sails for Edfu and visit Edfu Temple. The Temple of Edfu is an ancient Egyptian temple located on the west bank of the Nile in the city of Edfu. The temple, dedicated to the falcon god Horus, is one of the best preserved temples in Egypt. The inscriptions on its walls provide important information on language, myth and religion during the Greco-Roman period in ancient Egypt. Enjoy lunch onboard the Nile Cruise. In the evening, you sail towards Luxor. Dinner and overnight is onboard.
Breakfast is onboard the cruise. This morning visit the Valley of Kings, named thus as this is where all the Kings were buried. Move on to visit the temple of Queen Hatchepsut, the only Queen to rule over Egypt in guise of a Pharaoh. Visit Colossi of Memnon before returning onboard for lunch. In the afternoon visit Karnak Temple. The Karnak Temple Complex comprises a vast mix of decayed temples, chapels, pylons, and other buildings. The complex is a vast open-air museum and the largest ancient religious site in the world. It is believed to be the second most visited historical site in Egypt, second only to the Giza Pyramids. Approximately thirty pharaohs contributed to the buildings, enabling it to reach a size, complexity, and diversity not seen elsewhere. Move on and visit Luxor Temple before returning for dinner. Overnight onboard the cruise.
After breakfast, debark at Luxor. Enjoy time at leisure to stroll the small town. Luxor has frequently been characterized as the "world's greatest open air museum", as the ruins of the temple complexes at Karnak and Luxor stand within the modern city. Across the River Nile, lie the monuments, temples and tombs on the West Bank Necropolis, which include the Valley of the Kings and Valley of the Queens. Later transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight to Sharm El Sheikh. Arrive at Sharm El Sheikh Airport where our representative will greet you before transferring you to your hotel. Arrive at the hotel and check into your room. Overnight is at Sharm El Sheikh.
Breakfast is at the hotel. You have this day at leisure to enjoy the sun, sandy beaches and crystal blue sea. You can also opt for going on optional diving, snorkelling or safari tours. Overnight is at Sharm El Sheikh.
This morning after breakfast, transfer to the bus station to take your super jet bus to Cairo. Arrive at Cairo in the evening where our representative will and meet and transfer you to your hotel. Arrive at the hotel and check into your room. Overnight is at Cairo.
